Traffic Information for European Countries Live (Official)
If you are in Europe or trying to visit Europe and wants to know about the traffic information it was hard to find the traffic information in the past but now thanks to Google for providing the Live Traffic information with Google Maps in Europe.
Google announced that live traffic information is added to Google Maps covering about 13 European countries.
This list of the countries having live traffic information by Google Maps including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain and Switzerland.
How to use Google maps Live Traffic
This new feature of traffic information will automatically be available in Google Maps for Android, iOS, and mobile browsers.

Gmail Now Allows for Custom Background Image Themes (Official)
Change Your Gmail Background Look & Feel:
If you are bore from current background of your Gmail, then Gmail has brought new feature to change Gmail background from list of predefined images by Gmail, or Create Your Own Theme. You can change background of upper body of Gmail as well as its footer.
Gmail user can select background image of Gmail, and add any text. Gmail user can change color of text and image to appear on the background image. For this, just follow these steps:

- Click ‘Themes’
- Click ‘Any Image from the list’ or Click ‘Create Your Own Theme’ link.
- Select your own favorite background image to set as your Gmail Background image, for upper body and footer.

- Click ‘Save’ button to apply your new own Gmail Background theme setting.

Using this improved search facility, your contacts, friends, colleagues, or family members will be able to find good interesting things when these people will make search on the Google search engine. On next search, these things will appear in the search results very easily, and fast. To use this feature, you must be a Google User having Google account. Google is providing this feature because:
- +1 will provide you your most relevant search results, which will be of your interest
- +1 will provide you your contacts’ and friends’ recommended search results for you, and such results will be containing +1 at the end of such links. Note: These contacts will be from your Gmail, Google Talk, Buzz, and Reader contact list.
- +1 will also display you the recommended search results from your contacts of Twitter network.

Google Introduced Desktop notifications for emails and chat messages
Again a good news for Google Gmail user’s .Google introduced HTM5 Based Desktop notification facility for Gmail user’s. Now you will never miss any email or chat alert.
It was difficult to switch to Gmail to check email of chat message from friends and sometimes you miss important messages but now You will never miss any message as it shows a pop-up whenever you receive any email or chat message .
How to Enable Desktop Notification for email and Chat messages
Go to your email click on the Settings link in the top right corner of Gmail and scroll down to the “Desktop Notifications” section. If you just want to get notified about chat messages, or if you use Priority Inbox and only want to get notifications for important messages, you can customize your settings from there too.
